Last year's thread for this program was in full swing by this point with good rumors and nervous applicants. So, how many people out there have applied for the 2014 MEPN program at UHM? I am hoping there are 40 seats and only 40 applicants.

Aloha all! Congrats to all who have made it into cohort 7!! I JUST got my acceptance letter today! The interesting thing is that the letter says "admission to the MEPN Dual FNP/APHN program for Fall 2014," so maybe they'll ask me to choose which one when I send in my Form A? I had totally given up hope at this point given it's the end of April but I guess the good news is still coming out. Has any one else gotten any decisions lately? I feel so lost and behind with financial aid. Gotta get that going. Anyone have any tips for what to get done ASAP? Also I just requested to join the Facebook page :) Look forward to meeting you all in August.

Hi Kasia,

I got an email on Monday but no letter yet. Don't give up hope yet- they're still letting folks know and there could be some that turn it down. It just seems so late and I too had just assumed I didn't get in. You never know! Keep checking your email!! Good luck :)
