Hello,
Has anybody submitted their application yet? Just opening this forum since the application cycle has started.

Hello ? I applied to Chaminade and received my acceptance letter back in November. I'm really hoping for UH though because of its specialty track. I hope all of us in this forum gets accepted!
ryeboah said:Aloha, I agree with you. UH is my #1 because I live here in Hawaii. But I did get an acceptance from a University in Indiana already. I am doing my best to hold out for UH. I was told they would notify everyone late January.
Congratulations on your acceptance! Hopefully UH??. If only they could accept us all. It would be such a dream. Good luck!
I was accepted for the RRT program at KCC last year, but I had to forgo that path because of GEPN. I am shooting my last shot at this GEPN application cycle as my prereqs are about to expire. I am in my early 30s with a degree in Public Admin (3.92) HCAD. Prereqs except 142 lecture ( B) are all A's. I have no direct patient care experience, though I have worked as a supply equipment person at the hospital before. Good luck to all of us, and happy new year!

I think that's awesome you took a chance with applying for GEPN. I work with an RN who used to be an RRT at QMC. I asked my coworker why he switched careers, and he said, "Nursing has more opportunities with growth and challenges." Happy New Year! ??

@hoc where are you working now? I work at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Center as a Community Health Center Analyst. I served as the NP Residency Program Manager until recently and now in a new role as Community Health Center Analyst.
