University of Cincinnati or MCPHS for post cert psych NP

Hi all!

Did anyone have experience with either of these online programs? Pros/Cons? Been accepted into both and need to make a decision.

Appreciate any input!

Hello, I'm currently applying to this program hoping to start in Summer 2020. Quick question, do they help you with clinical placements?

UC does not provide clinical sites or instructors. It’s all up to you to arrange. At least for the online students.

Hello! I was told the 25th I could register. Have you spoken to your success coordinator about it all? I have to take the 3 P’s this spring so I won’t be starting any actual psych material until the summer. What about you? Best wishes.

Hi, I know I completed all these 3p’s at a different graduate school. I hope they are transferable. I did email our success coordinator about that and hopefully I will hear back from her soon

Did you receive an email from her?There is a lot of paperwork and requirements to get through and she should’ve emailed you to set up a phone call to go over everything. I spoke with her 2 weeks ago as my last name starts with A and she is going through the list that way. Feel free to message me if any questions but I would honestly reach out to her as well. She’s very thorough and on top of things.
