Published

Hi, I just received news after 2 weeks of waiting that I was accepted into their FNP program for Fall 2013, not sure what I should be expecting next???? Packet in the mail, a call, etc. Anyone that has BTDT I would appreciate feedback. Also anyone starting this Fall at UC I would love to be in contact with.

TIA for any replies.

Hi! I too was excepted in the Fall 2013 class for FNP. Are you doing the distance learning program?

yes I am...and you??? please feel free to email me if you would like or PM me, very interested in having someone to start with as I have no clue what to expect. I do have 2 people that I work with that graduated from UC last year....so I at least know it is a quality programs and they both have NP jobs!!!!!

Great! Yes I am doing the distance learning program. I work with a couple of people that just graduated from the program and I also work with someone that is currently in the program, and I have heard nothing but good things! We should definitely keep in touch. My email is [email protected]

I'm currently in my third semester at the university of Cincinnati distant learning ANP program. They are very good at keeping in contact with you, so you won't miss anything. For the first semester, your enrollment advisor will be in contact with you to set up everything (registering for classes, financial aid, etc.). After that you will be assigned an advisor for the rest of your time at the U. They will set up required phone calls at certain times to see how things are going, plus they also call you during the semester to check up on how everything is going. They also keep in contact via e-mail as to when you are to be registering for classes, info on your books, clinical info, etc. And of course they are always available to contact if you have any questions. I have attended a few colleges/universities & I feel this one has been the most proactive in making sure you are on track and helping you if needed. Good Luck!
