Starting this thread for the inaugural cohort of Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing DNAP program.

Did they mention how they chose on the first round? Not much to go off of on nursing CAS

I believe NursingCAS will show your classes taken and GPA which are the primary things they are looking at.

Hi I'm trying to do the uc Davis CRNA application online and my prompts are near 250 words but every time I try to copy my prompt in

application it cuts it off cause the application portal online says 1500 character limit

but uc Davis said 250 word limit OK

anyone else with same problem?

how did you resolve it?

Has anyone had issues with NursingCas and not being able to paste over their prompts. I know the character limit is 1500 on the NursingCas website. But UC Davis stated their word limit for each prompt is 250. I kept my prompts under 250 (240-245), but when I pasted over the prompts, it cut off half of the last paragraph. Has anyone else having an issue with this?

It has to be under 1500 characters, disregard the word limit. They talked about it at the end of the September info session. It's recorded, you can find it on their website/YouTube.

Like our personal stats? Is that what you mean?

Mine are:

  • 1.5 years of MSICU in academic hospital
  • CCRN, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
  • ABSN GPA: 3.81
  • M.ED. GPA: 3.91
  • May be irrelevant, but first bachelor GPA was 3.6
  • sGPA: 4.0
  • 8 hours shadowing

I think that is all I can think of to include.
