Hi! Does anyone know if the interview will consistent of mainly emotional intelligence questions, or will there be a clinical component too?

It's their first round of interviews for the program ever so very hard to say.  Their director comes from Sam Merrit, and they have a big emphasis on EQ questions but this is a whole different institution where most clinical sites utilize the MD model for anesthesia so it might have more clinical questions.

I interviewed today! I feel decent about it. Mine lasted just about 25 minutes, and they said decisions will be sent via email the morning of March 14th.

Hello everybody, 

I just finished my interview, it ran for about 20 min. Consisted of a panel of about 7-8 people. Questions are mixed EI, situational/clinical. Again this program wants to know about you! Time for questions at the end. You will be notified of decision on March 14 by 0800! Per faculty only 15 students this round 🥹.
