I'd like to start a thread to keep updated with everyone's timeline from "Application Received" to "Hired" or anything in between. I didn't see a post and wanted to start one.

These programs can do what they want- it's a free for all for leadership that runs them. They can say one thing but unfortunately since union not involved or not ran by internal policies, once it's open to the public they can place whomever. It sucks.

Yeah the truth is most hospitals do prefer a preceptorship with them which is unfortunate

Got routed for further consideration today, did a preceptorship the ER and hinted at that and did a clinical rotation at UCD!

I did not, I had it at another Sacramento area hospital!

Same here. Just got routed! I also precepted in ED at another hospital in Sac. Also got several clinical rotations at UCD.

I'm from SoCal and my app has been under review for a minute now so I'm starting the think my chances are small. but good luck to you all 🙂
