Hi! I also got a confirmation email, from 2/28. Except the response from them was very different! I wonder why! This is the message I received:

"Thank you for confirming your waitlist position with us. We are excited that you have decided to remain in our applicant pool! If your admissions status changes in any way, we will be in touch with you immediately. Please note that your waitlist status may remain until the end of June."

When did you receive your message from them? fingers crossed we all are able to hear back soon!

I got this same response yesterday at 3PM! I wonder if they are responding back based on when you confirmed your waitlist spot? I confirmed a few minutes after getting the admission update.

Hi ?? Congrats!
I guess that means you were #1 on the list Lucky lucky!  What time did you receive the email?  And it's good to know as soon as someone turns down their spot they offer right away from the waitlist.  Thanks for the updated.  What other programs did you apply to?  And was this your first time applying to Davis?

Sorry if  my message was confusing. I too got the automated response other students are posting. I did not get off the waitlist I simply just got a reply saying they got my email that I accepted my spot to remain on the waitlist.
I applied to 4 other programs, all master entry. And this is my first time applying to Davis.
hope that helps !

Hi everyone! Can people post when/if they get off the waitlist so the rest of us can gauge when we might hear? Anxiously awaiting a decision!

Anyone know the start date of this program ?

July 3rd is the official start date. However we have been told to reserve the week before, for orientation days. April 15 is the day they want confirmation from those who were accepted. I'm thinking those waitlisted will get notified April, May, June

Any idea if we will get accepted off the waitlist before April 15th ?

The chances of that are very low because they want to wait for everyone to confirm/decline first before sending waitlist acceptances out.
