University of Calgary January 2024

Hi everyone! I've applied for the University of Calgary 2024 degree holders program at the beginning of July. I figured I'd make a new thread for applicants so we can all be anxious together haha ? I'm hoping so badly to hear back soon!

The wait is painful! Anyone know if there's still another round of admissions, or is it just a matter of waiting for someone to reject their offer?

I just spoke with advising they said that the aim is to finalise the program by the end of this month. Though the person I spoke with said it sounded like the faculty of nursing was aiming to sort through a bunch of things this week and to check back early next week.

Nothing yet... I called admissions yesterday and spoke with a brand new person who wouldn't really give me any further information. They just reminded me that we could hear as late as December 15th ?. I'm hoping we just find out one way or another by the end of October but who knows

Hopefully we hear back soon. For the people who already got accepted, did you guys get your schedule and welcome package yet?

Nothing yet. I am still on the waiting list. I am getting worried about not hearing anything back. It makes me think that the program might already be full. I was reading last years thread the program was already full around this time.

Yeah it might be full tbh, every time I call they don't provide much details other than "wait-list is open until December". Some people got accepted this week, so it seems like they're going down the wait-list now. All we can do is wait unfortunately? hopefully we hear good news ?
