Hi everyone! Applications for UAMS CRNA for fall 2024 have opened. I was looking for a forum for this application cycle but didn't see one and decided to start one! Planning on applying and was seeing if anyone else was as well. Good luck to everyone!

I just called and spoke with someone named (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME). She said that if we haven't gotten a call at this point, we've 99% been rejected. They're waiting on confirming the spots for the people they have invited before sending out the rest of the rejection emails later today or early Monday morning before lunch. Sorry guys ? guess we have to try again next year. This is so frustrating ?

UAMS is the only program I can apply to due to my husband's military orders and our three kids. I wish their class size was larger ?

I just tried touching base again and my guess is the office is closed - did anyone hear anything (interview invite, denial) today?

it's going to sting like all get out to sit on this all weekend just to get a denial letter on Monday.

Yes, I just received an invitation for a interview today. They called me around 3:00 pm EST today.

Yes thank you !! Excited for you all that received one as well. I am so nervous. I had a interview about 2 weeks ago with another school and I didn't feel like I did too great so I am really going to ensure my confidence level is much better this time around.

Do you mind putting your stats up if you received or not received an interview? I'm trying to see what's next for me. I'll go first, 5 years as a nurse (Medical IMCU then MICU 1 year, 15 months STICU). CCRN, 3.45 cum, 3.8 science, preceptor and relief charge (Medical IMCU), shadowed 50 hours, ran a covid vaccine clinic for 8 months, CAUTI and Skin committee, 1 mission trip, monthly volunteer at Red Cross teaching basic CPR, took organic chem and grad level statistics.
