University of Alberta After Degree Program Fall 2021

Hi everyone! I haven't found a forum for fall 2021 entry of the after degree program at UofA yet so I though I'd start one! I am a current UofA student and have applied at numerous other schools!

Does anyone know if we have to submit our high school transcript? It isn't a part of the checklist but when I clicked on the dropdown menu on Launchpad it shows an option to upload it. At the top it says "we have received all the documents we require at this time" and that my application is currently being reviewed.

I think because its not on your checklist and it says its being reviewed then you should be fine!! there shouldn't be any need for them to look at high school marks for an after degree!

hey guys! Is there a timeline for when UofA sends offers? Or is it rolling admission

My status is still under review for a while LOL

I think it might be a rolling basis until September! but they most likely end in august to give people time to prepare I would assume!

I think I applied to the Honours after degree instead of the regular one by mistake... is the honours harder to get into?

Hey, I believe the minimum requirement for the honors program is an AGPA of 3.5. I actually applied for both.

I didn’t even know there was 2 different programs LOL, did you have to reach out to a honours coordinator or mentor? I might ask uAlberta to switch my program application (IDK if that’s possible tho)
