I just submitted my application for the family nurse practitioner program that starts in the fall of 2025. I was a nervous wreck! Hoping I did well enough to have a decent chance of acceptance. I am still in the middle of taking my BSN but will be done in July. I've been working as an RN for about six years before I decided to go back to get my BSN. I'm just hoping to get in so I can just keep going until the very end. I'm afraid if I take another "break" that "break" will turn into years and years of refusing to go back.

Sorry for the long post, but for anyone who may already be in the program, how long did it take most of y'all to hear back after submitting your interview? I'm going to be sitting on pins and needles!

Did you complete your interview? From what I noticed in previous posts is that it takes approx 2 weeks to hear back with a decision & chances are high for acceptance after interview!

I did! I finished it Thursday night.. I was a nervous wreck! LOL I hope that's true!

Haha I submitted mine yesterday and despite the amount of hours I put in to prepare I was a nervous wreck on camera too 😂 hopefully we'll hear something soon!

Yes we are!! Are you planning on attending on campus or online? Hopefully more people will find this thread and we can create a support group

I'm planning on doing it online. I live in northeast Mississippi so it won't be too far of a drive if I do have to go to campus a few times.

I'm trying to keep myself busy, but it's literally all I can think about😩 I thought the interview process would be the most difficult.. nah it's the waiting between the interview and receiving a letter!

I completely understand how you feel, I'm checking my emails like 100 times a day knowing that they aren't even in office over the weekend 🥲
