I work for united health as a LPN in one of the clinics. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking though. They pretty much as you what they ask in just about every job interview I have ever had. Your current experience, what you do, know how to do. THose stupid questions that we all hate, what are your strengths, weaknesses, etc. They had a lovely prioritizing questing that was fun, what would you do if you had a pt needing your attention, a doc needing your attention, your manager needing you and a phone call waiting. dumb stuff like that. I got my job by applying online, but I know alot of nurses that went to a job fair that they had.

Thank you for replying.

Im in las vegas and yes it seems like they are always hiring a few nurses. I dont specifically remember a online screening form but I could have just blanked it out. It does usually take them a long time to call you back though, so I wouldnt be too worried yet. I was pretty much giving up on them when I finally got a call, I do remember having to do a phone interview and then hearing nothing for weeks and then finally got a call for a real interview and got the call that they wanted to hire me that day. I dont have any real tips. I have a ton of hospital experience and they seemed to like that even though I do very little of anything I did in the hospital on a regular basis. Are you applying for a lpn or RN position?
