Have any of you ever heard of this company or know of anyone that has worked for them? Or Allied Professional Networks based in Alhambra, California?

I have seen a contract from them that doesn't look real kosher to me. Some friends have gotten one and I wanted some feedback, if at all possible. I want to be able to give them an educated answer.
