Does anyone have any knowledge about their hiring criteria? I've applied a couple of times for a position with them, but neither application resulted in anything beyond a perfunctory rejection within a few hours of submitting the app. The only thing I can think of is the lack of CCM. But that being said, I've got nearly a decade of inpatient case management experience and roughly the same amount of time doing telephonic triage, so I know I've got the knowledge base and the experience to be qualified for the job. What gives? I would really like the chance to actually interview for a position, and I'm genuinely baffled about this.

Keep applying, but perhaps tweak your resume to really highlight your experience. Write a good cover letter that also highlights your past experience as a case manager and your telephonic skills. Do you have your BSN? I'm pretty sure if you don't, your application automatically gets kicked. Lastly, look on their website and try to get into one of their chat with a recruiter sessions. I can't remember when they are, but I'm sure it is on their website. Remember they are dealing with applicants across the USA, so they can be choosy. The more you can do to put your name out there with them, the more it can help.
I don't work for them, but recently applied for and was interviewed for a similar position. I felt things went wonderfully, had a great interview with the hiring manager. Then received the thanks, but no thanks email. I've been applying off and on for 8 years with them and this was the first time I received an interview! I attribute it to the fact I recently got my MSN (but I don't know that for a fact).
Best of luck. From what I've read it's a great company to work for, so if you get an interview you need to really shine.
