Has anyone applied to Union University and if so, has anyone interviewed with them? How was it? Do you know if you receive a letter even if you don't get an interview? Thanks.

Hi wildflower,
No, I haven't taken any graduate level classes yet. I'm taking an organic/biochem class right now as a review. I'm also planning on buying some used anesthesia textbooks and planning to look over material over the next several months. My sister is in CRNA school right now and told me she wished she had done that before she started. I think Union will be a good program and I felt comfortable there during the interview. The students who were there that day had a lot of good things to say and that is always a good sign I think. I wonder how many will be in our class? Let me know if you want to keep in touch outside of allnurses.com.

Congrats to all who got in at Union. I interviewed on May 19th and got my call on the 27th. Looking forward to meeting all of my classmates. Hard to believe that 4 yrs ago I was a business owner going to night school to complete nursing prereqs. I spent many hours on this forum searching for info about Accelerated BSN programs and dreaming of going to CRNA school. In Jan I will start CRNA school. It has been a lot of hard work and many sacrifices but totally worth it. Those of you reading this that have the dream, don't give up. Keep working hard. Be willing to do whatever it takes and always keep your goal in mind. Create the life you want or someone else will create it for you. Good luck to all.
