Union University CRNA 2024

Published

Hi everyone! I didn't see a post for people applying to Union's CRNA program for 2024 start, so I figured I would start one. I figured whoever wanted to could share their experience, stats, interview dates, etc.

As for me, I have a little over 3 years experience, 1 year and 8 months in Med/Surg ICU, after that I transitioned to CTICU and have been here for 1 year and 7 months. I have my CCRN and CSC, science GPA is around 3.5, cumulative GPA is around 3.8. I also have been a preceptor and charge nurse in my unit.

Good luck to everyone!! I look forward to chatting with you all!

Got my invite today as well! See y'all on interview day!

Already in but wondering which week the interviews are being held

This may be a completely random question, but if I were selected to attend after the interview, my family and I would move across the country. I have two little kids and a spouse. I just wanted to see what people thought about safety of the town, and are there things to do for kids! TIA!

I did not get an email yet.... I guess it's up to god.... I'll just prepare for a no

There are certain parts to steer away from but overall it's a pretty good hometown.

Hey everyone! I have an interview with Union for the 2024 cohort on March 18. Would anyone be willing to share the type of EI questions they asked and/or questions that you asked the interview panel? I have a lot of question I'd like them to address but know I won't have enough time as the interview slot is only 20 minutes. Thanks in advance!

Hope the studying is going well for everyone! I can't be the only one acting like a lunatic practicing my interview questions in the car, mirror, and everywhere I go ?

How hard were the clinical questions? And how many questions in total did they ask?

I heard it was a mixture of both EI and Clinical based questions. I am not sure about the complexity of the question.

Has anyone heard anyhthing regarding how many spots are left to complete 2024 cohort?
