Union University CRNA 2024

Hi everyone! I didn't see a post for people applying to Union's CRNA program for 2024 start, so I figured I would start one. I figured whoever wanted to could share their experience, stats, interview dates, etc.

As for me, I have a little over 3 years experience, 1 year and 8 months in Med/Surg ICU, after that I transitioned to CTICU and have been here for 1 year and 7 months. I have my CCRN and CSC, science GPA is around 3.5, cumulative GPA is around 3.8. I also have been a preceptor and charge nurse in my unit.

6.5 years as a nurse. All 6 in Cardiac Transplant ICU. 3.5 in the Cath Lab. 
CCRN, CMC, CSC

Cumulative GPA not so great due to a prior degree. Retaken Chem 1 and 2, Bio Chem, grad stats and grad pathophys.

Last 60ish hours 3.45

B+ in bio and rest of sciences are As. Issue is I took APStats and tested out of stats for college. Got an A tho and a score of a 5 on my APStats. Been interviewed at two other schools despite that so hopefully not a problem for the rest of the schools I apply to

First priority deadline is October 1st so it's a waiting game for me at this point. They sent out an email saying interviews will be held October 23rd-27th.
