Union University CRNA fall 2021

[hopefully BSN TO SRNA]

I applied to Union University for the fall of 2021. This is my number 1 choice of program. Stats:

Total GPA: 3.61

Experience: 2.5 MSICU

Preceptorship

CCRN

Is there anyone else applying to this program for fall 2021? What are your stats? when should we expect to hear back from faculty regarding interview?

Oh nice we have a small group starting to form. My husband and I will also be coming from out of state. Our plan is to check out the campus and residential area maybe some time in April or May. I’ve logged into the Union account that they sent after putting my deposit. My inbox has oddly been empty, I was at least expecting some Union spam hah!

I’m looking intensely for a daycare LOL! Haven’t found any yet. If you hear of any please let me know. 
 

In regards to housing I’ve heard of Cherry Grove and someone that I reached out to said it was OK to live in. Still searching for other options.

I'll be coming from out of state as well. Jackson is small. I will be purchasing something near Memphis. We will have classroom and online classes.

Hey everyone! I was accepted last month after interviewing for the second application period. I’m very excited to meet you all and start this new journey. I will be relocating from Virginia. If anyone is looking for a room mate, I’d be interested in finding one!

 

Also, has anyone made a facebook group for our class yet? ?

Agree with you, I have social media but never use fb. Afraid thats what it'll come down to though, easiest way to communicate.

Look into Kidz First or West Jackson Baptist Church for daycare. ?

Oh that’s great! I think number 1 for me is safety as my husband and I long distance run different times throughout the day, sometimes after dark. Do you recommend any complexes, neighborhoods, or nearby towns to take a look at when we fly there? Or even what towns or areas to avoid?
