Union University CRNA fall 2021

I applied to Union University for the fall of 2021. This is my number 1 choice of program. Stats:

Total GPA: 3.61

Experience: 2.5 MSICU

Preceptorship

CCRN

Is there anyone else applying to this program for fall 2021? What are your stats? when should we expect to hear back from faculty regarding interview?

Best of luck to all of you! I am a current Union SRNA.  Our new program director and professors are awesome - you will love them!  The director is a renowned ultrasound expert and they are teaching us all the newest ultrasound procedures.  He just did a national lecture with Dr. Faucci. So, we are very fortunate to have him leading our program now.  It was hard on us because of the switch, but we all adjusted, and am now happy to have them here.  They really want the best for us and to see us succeed.  It isn't like other programs that just try to fail students.  Good luck on interviews.  You will be joining a great program!

Thank you so much for that information. Since the program was changed over do you know if the interview process is the same as it was before in terms of what the interview content is like? I appreciate your feedback in advance.

I don’t know.  My interview was more of a “get to know you” interview.  The new director is a union grad so he may keep it the same. The other two aren’t from here so it may be different.  You may want to prepare for a traditional interview.

5 years CVIC last 60 hours 4.0 science GPA 3.7 and I did a class over online. CCRN MSN
