Union University BSN to DNP- CRNA Fall 2014

Did anyone apply? Priority deadline is 10/01/2013. I applied to the program with one of my co-workers. We will have our one year CVICU experience in Jan 2014. I met afew other applicants who have 7 to 18 years of ICU experience. We are so nervous.

I live in Memphis, TN. I will be making the drive to Jackson everytime i have to be in school. I cannot move my family to Jackson. Hope we all get in.

How did you get CCRN in less than one year? My boss wont let us take it until we are well over a year in the ICU.

I applied. Let me know if and when you all hear of something. I will do the same. What are your stats if you don't mind me asking?

2 years nursing

I will have 1 yr CCICU in November

How did you get CCRN in less than one year? My boss wont let us take it until we are well over a year in the ICU.

I worked in cardiac unit that qualified as critical care for the CCRN but not CRNA school.

It usually takes them to November to decide anything looking at the past application cycles ( deadline to someone posting they got an interview). That is quicker than many of the schools.

Last year, they sent out invitation letters by snail mail. Rejection letters were sent by email. Not sure how it goes this year. Good luck!
