UNF summer 2011 hopefull

I would like to contact others who have applied to UNF for summer of 2011. Although I have a degree, I am applying for the RPL program and not the accelerated program because I have kids at home. I have 3.68 GPA and 87% TEAS V. I guess they will send out interview invitations mid-February.

Runnermom - oh man, I totally just saw your post on the JU thread saying you were accepted! Congrats! So now you have three schools to choose from?

I was the Asian girl in our interview group. Were you the one with the wicked awesome heels?

Readynow, as of yesterday there were still about five people who had not RSVP'd, so you never know!

Also, I'm going to sneak into that facebook group...even though I'm in the accelerated program, we all start in summer and have to get the same stuff done, so I'm in!

Thanks! Actually, I only have 2 to choose from, UNF and JU. My other acceptance was last year up in GA but my son was due about a week before classes were starting. Needless to say, I had to decline. Plus then we moved here so it all worked out. Yes, that was me with the heels ;) I am trying to decide between JU and UNF, but it will more than likely be UNF due to the cost of JU. Both sound like great programs but I don't think I can stomach almost 50k for a bachelor's degree. I am so glad you got in too! It will be nice to already "know" someone:)

I don't think so. You should just create one and e-mail the link to **** at UNF and she will forward it to your cohort.

Just wanted to stop by and take a moment to encourage those who were waitlisted or didn't get in to continue to pursue their dreams! This just wasn't your path. It doesn't mean your path isn't still out there waiting. Congratulations to those of you who found your path this semester. Best of luck to you all!

Hey to all you new UNF nursing students :-) First off, CONGRATS! It isn't any easy program to get into, definitely be proud of yourselves!

Anyways... I am graduating from UNF's nursing program in 27 days (yay!)

When you guys start your orientation, they are going to have you all try on scrubs etc and they aren't cheap cheap... .
