Hi everyone!
With the deadline only a little over a month away, I figured we all need a place to stress, hope and worry! I just took my first stab at the TEAS and hit the average score of the past few years (335). I have a 3.9 GPA. One pre-req left. Applying for ABSN. I'm scheduled for a second TEAS attempt next month. How is everyone else doing? Drooling over stats as much as I am?? Any interview preparation plans?
The thing is my interview and GPA is great but my TEAS score wasn't the highest and I guess that is calculated in the equation. I am surprised but it just wasn't meant to be. At 32, I cannot afford to do a full regular program so looks like this is the end of my road. I'll have to go with the one of the others I was accepted into. Best of luck all!!!!!

i'm happy that you have another program to go with! Could be worse. You should still be very excited! Like you, I think it was my TEAS score that got me to the wait list.

Do you mind if I ask what your TEAS was? Because you were super awesome in the interview, I'm very surprised!
Thanks. Yes, having a backup definitely relieves some stress. I'm a little disappointed, but I've learned in life, you just take it as it comes. But I couldn't be more proud of myself :)
I'm pretty disappointed too I am still waiting on other schools, but not having any admit statuses yet is disheartening. Praying for a call for the ABSN.

I'm not sure on this....but it seemed like our cohort was denials first, then waitlist, then acceptance. (This is just a guess!)
