UNF Summer 2014 BSN hopefuls

Hi everyone!

With the deadline only a little over a month away, I figured we all need a place to stress, hope and worry! I just took my first stab at the TEAS and hit the average score of the past few years (335). I have a 3.9 GPA. One pre-req left. Applying for ABSN. I'm scheduled for a second TEAS attempt next month. How is everyone else doing? Drooling over stats as much as I am?? Any interview preparation plans?

Did it! Brought my TEAS up! Not by a huge amount but enough to feel comfy. A relief! Now to sit back and wait. Hopefully, the average stays consistent even with multiple attempts! Longest month ever.

Yay!! Well what was the total score?! I've started looking back at my books today to take it again next Tuesday:/ And all my transcripts are finally there so that's a relief at least!

I think it's crazy for you to retake the TEAS! You are sitting pretty! I'm just a little over the average but not as high as yours. I think you are in awesome position, especially for Regular track! I think now is the time to concentrate on interview. There were a few girls that were taking second attempts but all in all everyone is a bundle of nerves. Good luck to you!!!!

Yeah my audit has all my transcripts finally! Well I figure this week I don't have much school to do since it's the first week of classes so I might as well try! Lol trust me I'm totally obsessing about the interview, but I want to increase my points incase I clam up in the interview haha. I really don't want to do this all over again for the Fall:dead: YES these days are so long!! Waiting is the worst

Woohoo!! I saw that they received my transcripts but my GPA hasn't been updated yet in the audit. But, she did say that she is working on the PT hopefuls this week. Womp womp. Ha. Well, you increase that score! I believe in you. So excited. Can't wait to hear that you got in!

My degree audit was updated in a day or so. I was surprised. My overall gpa is a 3.81 pre req is a 4.0 (all completed) and my teas is a 342.5. I hope it's good enough. I believe I officially turned in everything as of everything. I hope it's good enough!

I think you look more than great!! You should be feeling great. Now get ready for the interview!! I still have Micro left. I start next week. I think we all 3 look just fine :) GPAs nice and high, TEAS scores right where they need to be. Just gotta defeat that interview :)

Thank you! I'm nervous about this whole application nursing process just because I know its competitive. I'm also nervous about what type of questions that will be asked during the interview. Are any of you guys applying to other programs?
