I just RSVP'd to be there as well! Hopefully it helps with those nerves. I feel like I need to do especially well in the interview because my TEAS score isn't Great.

Hey guys! I got accepted for summer 2016 and just finished up my 3rd week of nursing school whoop whoop! Anyway, sounds like yall have great stats! Just be yourself in the interview. Sell your strengths and always relate back to the main goal of why nursing and why you would be a good nursing student/nurse. If anyone has volunteer experience at the hospital, caretaking experience, cna/ma experience, USE those experiences to the best of your knowledge!

Is anyone else excited for tomorrow? I am excited, yet at the same time a bit like a tightly wound bundle of nerves about the interview process in general. I don't know about anyone else, but I think I am just ready for it to be Monday, June 20th and to have this process behind me.

Yes excited and nervous all in one! Ready for interviews just so I can stop stressing about that part and hopefully move on to stressing about the exciting part. Hope to see everyone there tomorrow.

I thought check in begins at 10 but the workshop itself begins at 10:30.

I'm excited. Although the interview is 50% of the consideration at this point. It's the last hurdle but we need to remind ourselves how hard we've worked to get to this point, and all we have to do is be ourselves. :)

At the interview workshop yesterday, the student nurse from the "breakout session" I was in said the interview is now worth 75% of our total score, yet I overheard another student nurse say the interview score is still worth 50%. Does anyone know for sure how heavily it is weighted?

The student nurse I had in our group said 50%. I know from the "so you wanna be a nurse" workshop Ms. Dibble had the breakdown and from what I remember it was 50% interview.
