UNF ABSN/BSN FALL 2021

Hey guys, I haven’t seen a thread for UNF BSN and ABSN for the fall yet! I did apply for Summer but unfortunately did not get in so I’m applying for fall now! It’s always nice to talk to other people applying for the same program! I have a 3.6 overall and prereq GPA, and I scored a 339 (84.75) the first time I took the TEAS but will be retaking it for the fall application. My scores aren’t too great so hoping to do better on the TEAS and the interview this time around ?

That is soo smart ? I would just do it?? I mean I THINK Dr.Dibble helps us out with making the FB group but maybe that would actually help her out? I’m sure she is sooo busy RN. I wonder if anybody has been pulled off the waitlist yet

Us waitlisters got an email yesterday saying that the waitlist went from 52 to 44. Unsure if this is because of people withdrawing from the list or from being offered spots, but I am still on it. ? Keeping my hope though! I worked sooo hard and I really want UNF.

Do you guys know if we can wear our apple watches ;( I just got one so recently and I love it but not sure if I’m allowed to wear it.

yes they actually talked about that in the welcome group! it’s a good watch to use

OMG yay! I heard it better to have a newer version and u need to out it on second hand setting! Okay good I’m glad!! Where r u guys startinng first with all this paperwork ?

Getting my ID on Tuesday, health paperwork on Wednesday, and ordering scrubs/BLS Class on Friday … busy week?

I did the BSN handbook, VECHS waiver, and BCH photo release. I also got my books ordered through amazon. as well as the skill nursing kit.

Do we 10000% have to get our uniforms in person at patricks?? I have to make a trip up to jacksonville if we do ? I’m printing the handbook pages, VECHS waiver, and BCH photo release RN! Im also gonna order the books and skills nursing kit today too. Are you gonna register to do the CPR class too soon?

I already have my CPR certification since I already work in a medical office and our company host free ones for employees! I am making a trip to patrick’s on Friday during lunch. I think it is sadly?

Do you live in jacksonville? Are you going to campus to get your ID?

How much was it in total when you ordered your books from amazon? Definitely considering doing that.

$154 to rent all of them. and I don’t have to send them back till late december. I would hurry though there were only like 15 of each book left when I ordered last week!
