Unexperienced licensed rn

Hello everybody.. I badly need help.. I just passed my nclex rn last month and i graduated from the philippines.. I don't have experience only clinical internship hours at school which i was a silver medalist I am at orlando and trying to apply online but all facilities, hospitals would require a year of experience..don't know where and how to start.. I have 2 kids and i need to start earning for them.. Need help...

Stop restricting yourself to acute care hospitals. Start looking at LTC, LTAC, rehab, subacute rehab, psych, outpatient surgical centers, psych, detox, etc.

I don't think any employer will hire you because you have 2 kids. In fact that might be seen as a liability because you will be more responsive to them than an employer needing a flexible worker. Not something to prominently display on your resume.

You are in a tough market for new grads, all with no experience and competing for the same entry level jobs.
