Hi Everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for University of New England CRNA applicants for 2020. I have so many questions! Does anyone know if they've been approved for the first DNP class? Any idea how many applicants vs accepted students there are, on average? Are 2 cohorts accepted each year, or only one in May? Finally- what's the deal with clinical sites? Can we choose where we go, and what percentage of time is spent outside of Portland? Good luck to everyone!
@carla4392 perfect! I just searched and couldn't find it but will try again later. Thanks!
@NerdHerd Hey! It's hard to say. Last year's class, one guy got off the waitlist 2 weeks before classes started and had to move across the country.
Having said that, we also had to put the deposit in by Jan 3 to secure spots. Top waitlisted people were updated after. I'm not sure their timeline for placing deposits but probably two weeks later. So hopefully this kind of helps. Fingers crossed for you!
