So Dr Duck-it got to experience the AHS from the inside! Unfortunately he wasn't left writhing around in the ER for hours before being seen, or nursed in a corridor bed or in the same room as someone of the opposite gender with little to no privacy!

Of course he got tip-top care & to be fair we try to give that to everyone. However, one can't help thinking that it would have been just desserts for him to see/expereince some of the systems problems first hand!

I so agree! I knew there was a snowball's hope that he'd actually ever see what really happens in our hospitals, but was quite certain that he'd get royal treatment by the out-of-scopers and that the in-scopers would be directed to toe the line. Bet he broke a speed record going from triage to exam room to private room where he could be protected from the plebes.

Any other hospital have their early ice water delivery cancelled? Dietary used to bring it round before 07, now they have to hand it out with meal trays. Gives the nurses on the floor one more job to do.
