Yes they are manageable. I plan my work schedule around test and assignments. I take two classes per semester. I'm hoping I won't have any scheduling issues with the public health class which requires 90 hrs of field work.
Hi I just graduated from an adn program and passed NCLEX last month! I want to apply to UM but my gpa is 3.0. From your experience think I should go ahead and apply or retake classes to bump up my gpa?
It depends. What is your prequisite GPA? TEAS score? Do you currently work in healthcare? Do you do volunteer work? I would look í ½í±€ at the other post to compare stats. I had a previous bachelors when I applied. A really good TEAS score, and I had worked in healthcare doing research for 4 yrs before I applied. My GPA was also above a 3.5.

A teas score is not required for the rn - bsn program, its only required for those are traditional nursing students( students who have not earned any nursing degree).

Hello fellow nurses! I was wondering if anyone else has applied to the University of Maryland RN to BSN program for Fall 2016. Have you heard back already? I am still waiting for my decision.
Or if you are already in the UMSON program, or have graduated from it, I would love to hear about your experiences. :)
