I'm in at Shady Grove, my preferred location! I'm so glad that I applied. I am 45 years old and would love to meet other second career nurses and I am also looking forward to the energy and enthusiasm of the younger students. My TEAS was 96.7% and my prereqs were 4.0, but my overall GPA was on the low side due to a lot of distraction and difficulties 25 years ago. I am very pleased that UMSON took my more recent record very seriously. My recommendation was from a physician who taught a Pathophysiology elective that I took. I look forward to meeting you all!

Does anyone know what “decision made” means or does anyone else have the same update? Do you think they are releasing the acceptances in groups?

Hope, my status went from "Committee Review" to "Offer of Admission." I don't think that I have received an email yet; I checked my portal only because of this forum. You might want to follow up with the admissions office on Monday. Best wishes to you!

I got an email telling me I was waitlisted and my account still shows "Committee Review" I think if you are waitlisted it may stay as Committee Review because if a seat does become available the re-evaluate all the applications in the waitlist pool, to pick which one they want to offer a seat to. But if you haven't received an email with your decision I would email them!
