Mine are GQ and I think they're doing it by submission date. I submitted my application in April and it was complete by early August.

I think so. We should be getting an email or an acceptance letter since that's where they say if we got any merit scholarships. I don't know how long it'll take for us to get those though :/

Ok, I just called and they said they'll be sending an acceptance letter out at the end of the week so we should be getting it sometime next week!
