Hey! I just submitted my application to UMDSON Shady Grove for Fall 2017 admission! I was wondering if anyone else has and what their gpa and teas scores are!
I scored an 86 overall on my Teas and my gpa is a 3.61! I really hope I get in to Shady Grove but if not I will probably get my RN and then transfer to get my BSN!
Thank you!
I have not took the teas test yet how was it?

Hey! I am also applying to UMSON Fall 2017 at Shady Grove. I scored a 93% on my teas and have a 3.1 GPA. I'm hoping this is adequate because I want nothing more than to be a nurse :)
I scored a 61.3 on the teas it is horrible do you guys think i still have a chance

I already submitted all document, just have to wait for now !!!

When the committees look at TEAS score, are they looking at particular section? ( I have horrible score on reading section )
I wish everyone for good luck !!!!

Does anyone know what the abbreviations mean in the notes in the requirements section of your application application summary? For example, I have "sh" or "DLR" next to some of my requirements.
I think it mean the initial of person who put that document on the list.

On there website, it says they typically look for at least a 70% on the TEAS. You may have a chance if your GPA is high and good recommendations as well as other factors.
This is my third time. I was waitlisted twice. TEAS was 94% and GPA is 3.0. I did volunteering, have my BLS and have good recommendations. I also work in a house call practice and started scribe. Hopefully this time I get in cause it's my first choice.
Committee Ready!!!!!
So excited. This is the fastest it has been for me to get changed from complete ready for review to committee. I will take that as a good sign. :)
Yay! That's so exciting! Must mean they are starting to review applications!!
I'm counting down the days with my fingers crossed.
