UMHB in TX students??

I was accepted at UMHB!! Starting this Summer for a mini-mester, looking for anyone who is already there or starting as well. Hoping to apply for the BSN program by Spring 2016, would like to "meet" other students

Me too !!!! I passed my Kaplan and now I just need to bring my GPA up

I passed mine too!!! My gpa and everything is great. I met all requirements. I spoke with the secretary they said acceptance letters will go out mid November.

Congrats you two!! How was the Kaplan overall? I'm hoping to take it sometimes in January/February.

It was weird the first time and then when I took it the second time I had written everything down from the science and reading that I could remembered google the answers and boom I passed lol

Woo hoo! I passed mine as well! I've been on cloud nine all day! Lol

@infirmieremaybe I didn't think it was that bad.. The science section asks really specific (mostly A&P) questions. I used my calculator on pretty much every question for the math section, I didn't have to use my scratch paper much, there were a few dosage questions but mainly decimals and fractions. Reading section is pretty much what you expect; read the passage answer main idea questions and things like that. Writing section is more about the structure and grammar of paragraphs; where to add new sentences, incorrectly spelled words etc.

So I am curious to know how much in debt people are that go to UMHB, I've always known it was an expensive school to go to. But know plugging in all the numbers it's a little unsettling. Does anyone know?

It is close to $900 per credit hour. But thank God for the army.

@neyneyg14 hello I know this is such an old post but when you got accepted was it everyone in one same day or do you know anyone that got accepted on a different day than you?
