Hey guys,

I received my acceptance letter last week for the ABSN program that starts in the fall in Newark. Is anyone in the program or planning to attend in the fall? Would love to hear from future classmates so we can keep each other on top of things !!

Hello everyone! I took my TEAS V today. I previously signed up for the NALC course but did not stay for the class after the test. Can someone tell me what was covered. I am debating whether to go to the course or not because I do commute and also will not be able to make it to every class. If someone has the schedule for what will be covered on each date that would be helpful so I can possibly start reviewing at home if I need too. Thanks and I will be looking forward to seeing everyone during orientation!

Hey rt90! We didn't cover any material today. They pretty much just answered our general questions about the program and went over the nalc schedule, attrition and drop out rates...things like that. One thing she did mention is it wouldn't make sense to come to only a few sessions of NALC.... so if you can't attend every session they dont recommend that you participate in nalc... but of course it is up to you :) If you have an email I can forward you the nalc schedule

I applied to be considered for admission but I still haven't heard from the school... Those who have not yet shared ur credentials, do you mind sharing them? I guess that would give me hope... Thanks

Best thing to do is call the school and ask them about your application! You need to keep up on them from what I've heard

Congrats viola! I had a question has anyone received any information about financial aid yet or how much our tuition is going to be? I filled out my FAFSA and completed whatever was not checked off on the UMDNJ Financial aid portal but I'm just wondering if anyone has received anything yet. Thanks!
