Since application season is in full-swing, I thought I'd start a forum for those of us applying to the UMass GEP Program for fall 2017. I'm applying to the family specialty! Best of luck everyone!

I got asked a lot about things that I mentioned in my app (the interviewer had clearly thoroughly read my app) and a couple of clinical scenarios, but nothing difficult to answer with just a little common sense. More than anything I'd recommend trying to be relaxed. My interview had a very relaxed vibe while still, of course, feeling professional. Hope this helps, best of luck!

I recently called to check on my application status and thank goodness I did. They had reviewed it and set my app aside because they had questions for me. However, no one contacted me so thank goodness I called. Now my app is back in for review. Hopefully, they're still interviewing :(
