UMass Worcester GEP 2017

Hi everyone!

Since application season is in full-swing, I thought I'd start a forum for those of us applying to the UMass GEP Program for fall 2017. I'm applying to the family specialty! Best of luck everyone!

Interview went well today, thank you all for your support and overview of things--the facilities and the faculty member I interviewed with was INCREDIBLE. They said we should hear TOMORROW too!!! Oh my! :)

That's awesome!! I was sold too when I went for the interview and seeing the facility. It's brand new and seems like a good environment to be in.

Mine went really well too! I left very impressed and hopeful. Praying that all of the spots aren't filled and there's room for both of us! Glad to hear yours went well!

Agreed! Apparently they extended the GEP application deadline to the 19th how generous, listening to the webinar right now too!

To anyone already accepted: Can I ask when you need to deposit to UMass by after you're accepted? I won't hear from my top program for quite some time so I'm a little worried!

You have 15 days from the day they sent the letter. I had about maybe 8 days by the time I received the letter and I live in Mass!

Yup! Kinda wish I didn't know they might call today or tomorrow actually, hard not to imagine my phone vibrating in my pocket haha :nailbiting:

I have a feeling it'll be tomorrow...my overly-obsessed brain has realized that they send out acceptances every other Friday it seems? So tomorrow will be 2 weeks from the last round sent out.
