Hi,
Hope someone can give me a bit more info on this topic. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if Australian hospitals take new UK graduates. Most of the adverts I have come across ask for at least 2 years experience. I spent 6 months in Australia in 2007 and really want to return once I qualify. I would be really interested in hearing from nurses who have made the big move from nursing in the Uk to nursing in Australia:)
Thanks :wink2:

They require that you hold a local license before they will look at your application. And most of the better jobs want to take someone with experience. Just like their advertisements state.
