I just got an email invitation to interview on 11/30 - this is great news because I finished pre-reqs and sent in the app a long time ago, and I have been waiting what seems like FOREVER to hear something from the program. I'm not really sure what to expect with this interview process - getting fitted for uniforms after interviewing? Hmm... how excited should I be about the invitation: is it final elimination or just a formality?

Another question: does anyone know what Fast Pass completion / Blue Card from Texas Board of Nursing is? I have been as vigilant as I can be about tending to all the application requirements and the like, but I have never heard of, and can't find anything from Google about a Blue Card from the Texas BON. Can someone shed some light?

Haha, I have been checking email all day at work for the past few days. The suspense is killing me, so I'm going to stop checking so much and just let things happen.

Yeah, ninety seemed to be the figure that everyone had in mind regarding how many people were there. If they take in sixty, then that means the odds were in everyone's favor. I guess that also means that the faculty were watching us like hawks and any kind of faux pas or misstep could have disqualified anyone all too easily....

I got the acceptance email a while ago- this is really awesome, and such a relief...

If I recall correctly, they said there'd be only one day of lecture, where we'd be at our respective campuses, one day of clinicals at the hospitals, and two days of skills lab when we'd all meet in Sugar Land-- right?

I'm signing up for the Cinco Ranch campus - who else is gonna be out in Katy?
