UH Manoa GEPN Fall 2015 Applicants

Hello all,

I noticed there was not a thread started for the University of Hawaii-Manoa GEPN Fall 2015 applicants so I decided to start one! :yes:

I just finished up all of the requirements and got all of my documents and information submitted through NursingCAS yesterday...so now the waiting begins.

I applied for the APHN program for Fall 2015.

I know they admit on a rolling admissions basis now so I'm just anxious, waiting, and nervous about a response. I was told that it will take approximately 4-6 weeks or so to possibly receive a decision. It can't come quick enough for me!!!!! =D

Is there anyone else who applied for the GEPN Fall 2015 cohort at UH-Manoa? Wondering who may be joining me in the Fall of 2015!!

Hello!

I'm also applying to the GEPN program for the 2015 term. I have yet to submit my Nursing CAS app. Finals will be over with this week, so I can finally commit to submitting applications :rolleyes:

Hi! I also submitted my application for the fall 2015 cohort. Anyone heard anything back yet? I've read the thread from previous years and seen one person receive their acceptance ending dec and most of the others received theirs ending Jan/beginning Feb.

The anticipation is nerve wrecking! Good luck to you folks... Happy New Year!

Since the application deadline is in February, i'd assume decisions would be mailed out sometime after then, unless students are accepted on a rolling basis. Happy New Year to you as well! I couldn't agree more. This wait is killing me!!!:nailbiting:

Hello, I applied for the AGCNS track... I am going crazy now that my application is in. Has anyone looked to see on the nursing cas if their information has been verified yet?

thanks for for starting this thread! i have applied for DNP-FNP for fall 2015 and found out last week that I got accepted in the program! Good luck with the applications! And I can't wait to meet the new GEPN 2015 Crew!

Congratulations Rob808! I also applied for the DNP-FNP track for fall 2015. Can I ask when did you apply and also how were you notified that you were accepted? Anyone else hear anything back yet?

Hi Akaka808, I applied in the second/third week of November and found out by email that I was accepted. Soon after you will receive mail from the grad division and the department. Good luck! Hope you get in the program too.

Congratulations to those of you who found out already! I have not yet submitted mine, which I wish I had already done so. This personal statement is a killer!! Not your typical personal statement...but I will be applying to the DNP-FNP track. Just wondering did you all have official transcripts sent over to the Graduate School directly?

Congratulations Rob808! That's awesome news. I too applied around the same time but for the DNP-NEL track. I didn't hear anything yet, still hoping and waiting anxiously! Congrats again and Good luck to those still waiting too. :down:
