Did they say that we will get letters by the end of the month or just have decisions made by then?

They said in response to an email I sent: "Due to some recent staffing changes decisions will not be going out until the end of the month."

My understanding is that we should have results by the end of the month. I really hope I didn't misunderstand :/

In my opinion I think now can be considered the end of the month... Hoping it's not May 31... Lol
