I am to begin the LVN program at UEI the 2nd of November. I am very excited, but pretty discouraged about the financial end of it. The program is very expensive and I don't qualify for Federal Pell grant. Believe it or not 3 of us live on $2000. a month is Southern California. Been hit pretty hard by the economy and other factors.
UEI is not a 2 or 4 year college so I can't seem to find any scholarships or grants. I don't it me being 51 years old has any bearing on the lack of funds.
Any ideas about funding. Don't ask about credit. Like I said, been hit very hard by the economy.
