UCSF nurse steps and diffs

Hi USCF nurses!

 

I'm excited to be in the final stages of the interview process for a clinic job at UCSF.  MY questions is about step placement.  I've been a nurse for 7 years 4 months.  I've been licensed for 7 years 9 months.  Would I expect to get my full years?  Looks like there's a step 5 (4.5 years) and step 6 (7.5 years). I'd feel silly being brought in for only 4.5 year.

 

Also, do you know when evening shift starts and if nurses working 8-5 get the differential?
