LOL! I applied to many! A little worried because my senior capstone was in a Level III NICU and there weren't any NICU spots, but I went with anything women's/children. Best of luck everyone!

I applied to three. I graduate in 2 weeks and hopefully will be licensed by the Sept 25 deadline.

I actually just accepted an offer in the Adult Emergency Dept. at Johns Hopkins Hospital's Nurse Residency Program! So I'm going to be withdrawing my applications to UCSF, but definitely keep this thread going, and good luck to all of you guys! ?

Congratulations, Andrew!! Best wishes in your residency!

My PICU app is under review as of this morning, but my other apps say "accepted." Anyone else get any status changes? Not sure if it's just reviewed because they had a duplicate post or of I should be happy LOL ?

How exciting @dmg87. Mine still says "applied". ? But I'm not graduated for another couple weeks, so I guess I'll be patient. LOL

Patience is a virtue I have yet to acquire... I'm just as eager! LOL ?

If we applied to multiple units, how do the hiring managers decide which position we are best for? And can we only interview for one unit?

I would imagine that you interview for which ever unit is interested in you. If you got more than one interview, it'd be ultimately up to you which one you decide to go with if they offer you the position.

Does anyone know when we're supposed to hear back?
