Has anyone applied for UCSF's MSN program for fall of 2015?

Congrats to all who were accepted! See you in the library!

I got a call from UCSF this afternoon. They asked if I got a letter, which I haven't. But anyway, I was accepted into the FNP program. Good luck everyone!

Hi emup01. Were you supposed to get an email? I still haven't heard anything yet and kind of anxious. I wonder how many people they accept into post master FNP and how many applied!

I only got a call. I actually haven't received anything in am email or mail.

Congrats Sj2015!! Which CNS specialty did you apply to? I am still waiting and very nervous.

Thanks! I'm in the public health program

Hello all! I just found out I am accepted to the PMHNP program this fall! Does anyone have information about how many days a week we will be attending classes? I'm trying to keep my part-time RN job if I can.

I, too, just found out my acceptance to the PMHNP program this fall! ^___^

You can check the school website for approximate hrs, as last years curriculum can be downloaded. For the last few years, most programs have classes 2 days a week and many people continue to work part time. Many of my friends who have done the np or cns tracks worked all through school. Even phd candidates can do part time work.

Great, thank you for the info and congrats kittyn! I will be commuting from Santa Cruz so am glad its only a few days a week.

Congratulations scruzRN1733 and kittyn! Did you apply to the MS or Post Masters track? Also, were you notified by email or phone call? Thanks!

I applied to the MSN track and was notified by email. ^__^

I was set to attend Samuel Merritt University for the FNP program on May 2, 2015 but last March 25th surprisingly I got accepted to UCSF FNP 2015 which starts on Sept. 2015. Anyone here will start the 2015 FNP program at UCSF? Let me know. I would like to hear from you. I'm pretty excited about the program and hopefully will get accepted for the minor studies on diabetes.
