UCSF Medical Center New Grad Residency 2019

UCSF hasn’t updated their RN training program page yet. Applications are rumored to be opening sometime in the next month or two. We can all keep eachother updated. What units are you all applying to?

it was for Peds! I also know that PICU and Peds ONC started reaching out today

Not that I know of. They told me we would get a call at the end of next week either way. Did you get an email asking for references?

Oh good to know, thanks for responding. I thought they meant by the end of the day yesterday. But I guess they were talking about Friday next week. That’s good to know that they let us know either way. Yes I got the reference email! Did you?

Yes! Do you know anyone else who interviewed? Wondering if everyone who interviewed gets one

No I don’t know anyone else unfortunately! They told me that the sooner they get references the sooner they can give a decision. So maybe they’re doing them for everyone and factoring it into the decision process?

Congrats to those moving forward! & good luck ?. Does anyone know if they concluded the calls/interviews for peds cardiac ICU & the ICU nursery?

I'd like to know too! I know a few ppl who have applied to the NICU but haven't heard anything back, has anyone??

Pediatric cardiac ICU has finished their first round of interviews and emailed those who have 2nd interviews. Idk about NICU!

I got my call for NICU over a week ago and had my interview on Friday! I received a second interview email Friday evening!
