My application has said "recruiter review" since last week. Has anyone else's changed to "under consideration"? I haven't received a rejection email but also haven't moved to "under consideration."

Same no changes since being moved to recruiter review

Got an interview for adult ICU - is it normal to get an interview with the unit director (not HR)?

From the meet and greets I think they mention it would be with the unit director or manager... did you receive a call or email ?
