I think the program is 2 years. We will do 6 months in each unit. But I am not 100%. The application info says it will be several years.
Good luck :-) See you there
This a tread that was started for the Perinatal Program

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but i was told that tele will be doing its hires through internals. ucsd has to post all positions online even if they are meant for internals.
Any other positions Internal?

They have begun sending rejection e-mails for the UCSD Thornton New Grad Residency Rotation. I had an interview last week and was told today that I was not selected. Better luck to everyone else who was interviewed. Has anyone been contacted for an interview for the Thornton IMU?

got a rejection email for thornton ICU. it said i didn't have enough experience which i don't understand considering i completed a critical care RN residency, a critical care clinical rotation, and a preceptorship in the PICU. this is so frustrating. still holding out for the CVICU and CCU though.

@j567c: most likely they're looking for a paramedic or so. My wife works for ucsd and I still can't fet an interview.

PCU has been interviewing for a few weeks now and I think they're just about ready to make a decision.
