Hello everyone I’m new just found this page and wanted to share the news I was accepted On Tuesday for next years program at storrs campus took about 10 days after I applied so exited!

Hello, question to those that have been accepted and emailed their memorandum back to Heather. Did she confirm she received it? The deadline for me is May 1st and I’ve reached out to see if she’s gotten it but haven’t heard back from her!

Hi,

I did receive an email response from heather. If I were you I would check and make sure you sent it to the right place. Also it depends when you sent it. She took a personal day on the 4/28 and was not checking emails.

This is stressing me out so much because I even emailed her yesterday to confirm if she received it! How long did you wait for a response from her if you don’t mind me asking?

It took about a day for me. I wouldn’t be stressing out she probably got a lot on her plate and as long as u sent it she should see it

Anyone know good places to rent an apartment from near Storrs? Got accepted a little while back and it’s a pain to find anywhere looking for tenants Winter - Winter rather than the normal school year.

I have been following up on this page and finally decided to create my account! I submitted my transcripts electronically with the hopes that they will receive them quicker. I am currently revising my personal statement and resume with the hopes of submitting my application by June 1st or June 5th the latest in hopes of finding out my decision by the middle of June! I have a couple of questions if any of you guys can offer insight.

1. Are there updates in regards to any application acceptances/denials?

2. Does anyone know when is the next review date?

3. How long does transcripts take to send electronically? I received notification that they received it but on nursingCAS it is marked that they aren't received.

About a month for me. Submitted March 25th, accepted April 21st.

It took me 10 days to get accepted after I submitted my application but this was my 3 year trying to get accepted program is very competitive ?

I had everything in, including letters of rec. I think it’s by when their acceptance committee meets; they meet at the end of every month or so (maybe not with COVID, but that’s the feeling I got from this thread and last years) to make decisions. You could get lucky and all your stuff could be in right before the committee meets, or you could be after and have to wait a bit.
