I'm just finishing up my first year at UCONN in the adult/gero acute program. Wishing everybody luck and hope you all get in to the program you want. UCONN is a great school!

Any advice? Anything we can do to prepare ahead of time? What about books and other helpful resources.

Books you can only find once you've registered for a class. Most of my classes so far have been online and to be honest I haven't used the assigned books as much as I've used the online resources/PDFs/library and videos. It's been challenging but not as bad as I thought. I'm making straight As so far and I am just finishing up my first year. It went really quickly.
